1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the 4everlabs.com website and, unless superseded by a signed agreement, our software development services and products. By using the site or engaging our services, you accept these terms.

2. Services

4EverLabs provides software development, AI agent development, automation, data engineering and maintenance services, as well as its own software products (including the Zailo family, Serenya Care and Moinot). The scope, fees and timeline of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or contract.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — logos, text, designs, code and imagery — belongs to 4EverLabs or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of work products created under a client engagement is defined by the applicable contract; unless otherwise agreed, pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how remain the property of 4EverLabs.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or our products — including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, scraping at abusive scale, or using them for unlawful purposes.

5. Warranties & liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4EverLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Liability under service contracts is governed by the terms of those contracts.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Çağlayan) courts and enforcement offices.
