We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.
User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:

Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4EverLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services include:
- All fees are quoted in the agreed currency
- Payment is due according to the invoice terms
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
