1. Who handles your request
The data controller is 4EVERLABS TEKNOLOJİ YAPAY ZEKA VE DİJİTAL SİSTEMLER TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, registered at Velibaba Mah. Narin Sk. No: 8 İç Kapı No: 11, 34896 Pendik / İstanbul, Türkiye (tax number 0012789707, Pendik Vergi Dairesi). You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time — there is no fee and no form to fill in.
2. How to request deletion
Email contact@4everlabs.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address and/or phone number you used with us
- The product or service involved (e.g. Zailo, Moinot, our website contact form)
- Whether you want all of your data deleted or only a specific part
We ask for these details only to be sure we delete the right person's data. If we cannot match your request to an existing record, we will tell you rather than guess.
3. Data received through Meta platforms
Some of our products connect to Meta services — such as the WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Login and Instagram messaging — on behalf of our business customers. Where we process data received through those platforms, the same deletion process applies. Upon a valid request we delete:
- Profile information received via Facebook Login (name, email, profile ID)
- Message content, media and delivery records stored on our systems
- Contact records and conversation history linked to your identifier
- Access tokens issued for your account
You can also remove our app's access at any time from your Meta account settings (Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites). Removing access stops further data collection, but does not by itself delete data already stored — email us for that.
4. Response time
We acknowledge every request on receipt and complete it within 30 days, in line with Article 13 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and Article 17 of the GDPR where applicable. If a request is unusually complex we will tell you before the 30 days are up and explain the delay.
5. What happens to your data
Once your request is verified, the relevant records are permanently deleted from our production systems, or irreversibly anonymized where deletion is not technically possible. Encrypted backups are overwritten on their normal rotation cycle, after which no copy remains.
6. Data we may have to keep
Turkish law requires us to retain certain records even after a deletion request. These are kept in isolation, used for no other purpose, and deleted once the statutory period expires:
- Invoices and accounting records — 10 years (Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102)
- Tax-related documents — 5 years (Tax Procedure Law No. 213)
- Records subject to an active legal claim or an official request from a public authority
